In this article I will show you the uptime of my sites that are hosted on hostgator. I have few sites on Host Gator and all of them have great uptime, greater than 99.9%. 99.9% is guaranteed.

As you can see from the image above the uptime is superb, which is pretty important for your business. I host around 8 sites on hostgator and all are > 99,95% online. The average response time is 0,276 seconds which is very fast, the sites load almost instantly in my browser(firefox, Internet explorer, safari, opera and others). And the average ping time is quite good and is around 80ms in US, but this depends from where are you are accessing the site since Hostgator servers are located in Houston, Texas.

Conclusion:
The uptime, loading time and ping time have been great since my sites are on host gator. I strongly recommend to transfer your sites from other hosting companies now, because in the end the faster the site is loading, the better experience for the end user and the customer (very important for e-commerce sites), because no one wants slow loading time.
